For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the many capabilities of the human “machine.’’

After years of exploring different sports through my teens and early adulthood, I became a personal trainer. BIOGRAPHY

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the many capabilities of the human “machine.’’

After years of exploring different sports through my teens and early adulthood, I became a personal trainer. For over 15 years, I encouraged my clients to adopt healthy lifestyles, suggested personalized fitness plans and helped them to develop a loving relationship with their bodies and to respect their health.

Despite my challenging schedule, I discovered another discipline—yoga. When I started to explore, my interest was piqued; I wanted to learn more about this vast system. In 2008, I embarked on my first teacher training in Kripalu Yoga, and went on to do teacher training in Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and Core Strength Vinyasa.

Combining my scientific training with a holistic understanding of health, I teach a safe and realistic practice. Always attentive, I lead with humour and compassion. With quality movement, efficiency and harmony as my anchors, I offer a personalized practice that respects your limits, meets your needs and is in constant evolution. My goal is to share with you my passion for movement and energy!

My classes begin on a gentle note, with a clear intention: to listen to yourself, treat yourself right and embrace who, and where you are in this exact moment. Then the work starts. Some side effects of the practice: sweat running down your back and a fired-up core! But you will mostly gain a powerful sense of respect and an appreciation for your body, mind, heart and spirit. NAMASTÉ.
